Are you ready to elevate your career by designing transformative processes for global top-tier clients? Do you possess a keen business acumen and thrive in dynamic, data-driven environments? If so, you might be the Business Process Consultant we’re seeking for our expanding team in North America!

What will your day look like?

We’re looking for a seasoned Business Process Consultant to play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our Business Architecture footprint across North America. This is more than just a consulting role — it’s an opportunity to grow and scale our strategic practice, whilst ensuring alignment with our Copenhagen HQ.

As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in mapping out and enhancing business processes at the intersection of people, tools, and methodologies. Your work will be foundational in establishing efficient internal delivery models that align with our company principles and meet client expectations. Each day, you'll engage in collaborative efforts to design and optimize processes that drive success for some of the world's most esteemed brands.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Serve as the go-to expert on business process analysis, design, and optimization across our North American client base.
  • Establish and grow the Business Architecture discipline in North America, identifying opportunities to scale our proven frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Leading workshops and conducting interviews with both external clients and internal stakeholders to gain insights into current marketing practices.
  • Designing future-focused marketing processes by analyzing gathered data and aligning them with the client's strategic goals and organizational structure.
  • Redefining roles and responsibilities to seamlessly integrate with newly developed processes.
  • Evaluating and recommending enhancements to the client’s platform landscape to ensure robust support for new processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Creating comprehensive operational playbooks and compelling presentations.
  • Developing and delivering training materials to educate stakeholders on new processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Supporting clients through the implementation phase, addressing feedback, and resolving any emerging challenges.

Who are you going to work with?

You will join a vibrant and diverse team of around 20 process consultants, primarily based in Copenhagen and London. This role offers a chance to immerse yourself in an international setting where personal and professional growth is encouraged. You will collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client teams across various global offices, including those in the US, UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and Thailand. As leaders in our field, we partner with some of the world’s most admired brands to drive transformation.

What You Bring to the Table

You are a curious and analytical thinker with a knack for navigating complex environments. Your logical approach allows you to dissect intricate business processes and reassemble them into cohesive, efficient systems. You thrive in dynamic settings, bringing a flexible mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get tasks done collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you are a proactive and sociable colleague, and you excel at building and nurturing relationships with colleagues and clients alike, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.

Ideally, you also possess:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a similar role (business process consulting, business architecture, or operational excellence roles).
  • Proven experience mapping, analyzing, and optimizing complex business processes — ideally in client-facing, matrixed environments.
  • A background in consultancy, digital agency, or business transformation roles is a strong advantage.
  • A relevant Master’s degree is preferred — business administration, marketing, social sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success working across functions and geographies, with an ability to influence without authority.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you know how to translate complexity into clarity.
  • A people-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills across teams and levels.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with tools such as Miro, SharePoint, Lucidchart, and Visio.

Given the global nature of our work, flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel are essential. Embrace this opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving, innovative environment!
