About Azira

Azira is a location intelligence platform built for today’s data-driven teams, transforming mobile location signals into high-confidence, privacy-first insights. Our technology helps marketing, operations, and data leaders make smarter decisions, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth. From retailers and media agencies to destination marketers and real estate teams, we deliver trusted, validated insights rooted in real-world behavior, connecting the dots between where people go and how businesses can better reach, serve, and grow their audiences.

Why This Role Matters

At Azira, we translate real-world behavior into measurable media and marketing outcomes. Our Campaign Managers help bring that promise to life by supporting the successful execution and optimization of digital advertising and data campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their programmatic career who is eager to deepen their technical expertise and grow into greater ownership over time. You’ll work closely with senior team members in Sales, Product, Data Science, and Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and optimized against performance goals. You’ll gain exposure across platforms, channels, and data workflows while building the skills needed to independently manage complex campaigns. This role reports to the Head of US Ad Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Support campaign execution: Assist in planning, launching, and managing digital campaigns across display, video, mobile, and programmatic channels.
  • Monitor and optimize performance: Track pacing and performance metrics daily, flag issues, and make data-informed optimization recommendations with guidance from senior team members.
  • Analyze and report on results: Compile performance reports, identify trends, and contribute insights that help improve campaign outcomes and inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, creatives are delivered on time, and reporting is accurate.
  • Maintain operational best practices: Help ensure proper tagging, audience segmentation, tracking implementation, and campaign QA processes are followed.
  • Manage timelines and pacing: Support campaign calendars and delivery tracking to ensure campaigns launch and deliver smoothly.
  • Learn and grow: Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and internal tools, contributing to documentation and process improvements over time.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or programmatic campaign management (agency, adtech, or brand-side experience welcome). Open to high-performing new grads as well!
  • Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, or measurement platforms, and exposure to channels such as display, video, or mobile (a plus!)
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and reviewing campaign performance data.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive base salary (annual): $55,000 - $65,000 USD (depending on experience)
  • Bonus eligible; standard Azira benefits included
  • Full medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits
  • Flexible remote work environment (U.S.-based)
  • Collaborative, high-trust culture with strong ownership and mentorship
