At Eleos CM, Inc, we’re transforming mass tort case management—putting plaintiffs first from intake to settlement. Behind every case is a real person counting on us, and keeping their case organized, accurate, and moving is essential to getting them the justice they deserve.

We’re looking for a Case Manager who’s organized, dependable, and genuinely good with people.

WHY ELEOS CM?

  • Tech-forward environment — we use modern tools to simplify complex, high-volume work
  • Collaborative culture — titles don’t limit contribution; every win is shared
  • Mentorship-first — work closely with leaders who invest in your growth
  • Room to grow — we promote ownership, initiative, and continuous learning

THE ROLE

As a Case Manager, you’ll own a caseload of mass tort clients—engaging them regularly with updates, gathering and verifying the information their cases depend on, and driving medical records requests from initiation through review.

You’ll spend your days on the phone with clients, keeping every case current in our case management system, and working alongside attorneys, paralegals, and your Lead Case Manager to keep cases moving. When something stalls, you’ll flag it early and keep it on track.

It’s detail-driven, people-facing work with a clear purpose: from initial assessment through resolution, the cases you manage shape real outcomes for real people. If you’re organized, thorough, and care about doing right by clients, you’ll thrive here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Engage clients regularly—providing updates, gathering information, and addressing concerns with care
  • Conduct initial case assessments and help develop strategies for case progression
  • Gather, organize, and verify data and documentation for every case in your caseload
  • Initiate, follow up on, and review medical records requests pertinent to each case
  • Maintain up-to-date case records and progress notes so case status is clear in real time
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to understand case requirements and support legal strategies
  • Flag stalled cases or missing information early, with the context your Lead Case Manager needs to help
  • Handle client information and protected health information carefully and in line with firm procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in case management, legal support, or a detail-oriented, client-facing role
  • Comfort making outbound calls and guiding people through multi-step processes
  • Proficiency with case management software and the Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organization and multitasking across a high-volume caseload

Preferred

  • Experience in a plaintiff-side, mass tort, or personal injury environment
  • Familiarity with legal case management platforms such as Filevine or Lead Docket
  • Bilingual ability, or prior high-volume client-contact experience

BENEFITS & PERKS

Competitive pay is just the start. Here’s how we look after you, your family, and your growth.

Health & financial security

  • Medical & dental premium covered for employee-only coverage
  • Vision coverage and multiple medical plan tiers to match your life and budget
  • Company-paid basic life and AD&D for every benefits-eligible employee

  • Coverage that extends to spouses, registered domestic partners, and dependents

Time, growth & flexibility

  • Paid holidays, paid time off, and generous sick leave
  • A recognition and rewards program that makes great work visible
  • Real coaching, regular feedback, and mentorship focused on where you’re headed
  • A custom training platform built around your role and long-term growth
  • Remote-first across select U.S. states, with all equipment provided plus a monthly work-from-home stipend
