Eleos CM, Inc. (Eleos) is the operating platform for mass tort litigation, built by trial lawyer Robert Brent Wisner of Wisner Baum. It manages mass tort and class action cases end to end — from intake and evaluation, medical records retrieval and organization, plaintiff communication, and eligibility verification through litigation support and settlement allocation and disbursement — on in-house technology built by former Meta developers and enterprise software veterans. Its mission is a simple, tech-forward experience that puts plaintiffs first at every stage of their case.
