Who You Are: You are a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building and nurturing channel relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a strong ability to manage and grow channel partnerships. You are resourceful, accountable, and solutions-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You understand the value of collaboration and are adept at aligning partner goals with company objectives to achieve mutual success. What You Will Do: As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with channel partners. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, enabling partners to succeed, and identifying new opportunities for growth within the partner ecosystem. Your goal will be to empower partners to effectively represent and sell the company’s products, ensuring their success leads to our success.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to recruit new channel partners
  • Drive channel sales to achieve or exceed revenue targets through joint business planning and execution.
  • Develop and execute partner enablement initiatives, including product training, sales tools, and marketing resources.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new partners and ensure ongoing support for existing partners.
  • Advocate for partner needs within the organization, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • In coordination with marketing, align MDF strategy and programs
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to champion the company’s products and value proposition.
Requirements

What We Need From You: 

  • 3-4+ years of experience in channel account management, partner sales, or a related role (preferably in SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
  • Technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals.
