The Channel Marketing Manager is a strategic, partner‑focused marketer responsible for driving growth through our channel and alliance ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with partners and CAMs to build joint go‑to‑market initiatives, support demand‑generation programs, and accelerate revenue through co‑marketing and partner enablement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the dynamics of partner‑led sales, and can translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market (GTM) plans with channel and alliance partners in collaboration with the Partner Managers.
- Build co-branded campaigns, joint solution messaging, and partner‑specific value propositions.
- Coordinate product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner initiatives.
- Track and report on GTM performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI from partner marketing initiatives.
- Support partners with tools, content, and resources to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Create partner playbooks, sales enablement materials, and training content on Lightedge and joint value propositions.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement through new programs or incentives.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, digital programs, and content syndication.
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) requests, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Optimize partner marketing activities based on data, insights, and pipeline impact.
- Work closely with the Marketing team (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content, and Events) to adapt core campaigns and messaging for channel use.
- Maintain partner marketing calendars, campaign dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure brand consistency across all partner-facing materials and co-branded assets.
- Collaborate with the VP of Channel & Alliances on strategic planning and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage co-branded initiatives and MDF (Market Development Funds) programs where applicable.

What You'll Bring:
- 7-15 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or alliance ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, demand generation, and partner enablement.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work cross‑functionally.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
