Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) - Analytics Solutions Senior Associate
Join the team responsible for shaping and executing data strategy, analytics, reporting, governance, intelligent workflow automation, and AI-driven transformation across the Chief Administrative Office.
As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate, within the Chief Data and Analytics Team, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes and designing innovative workflow, automation, and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experience and partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, leverage intelligent technologies, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support and design and implement workflow automation solutions using Pega, Power Platform, UiPath, Alteryx, and other enterprise technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities, assess business value, and design future-state solutions.
- Leverage AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing capabilities to automate decision-making, document classification, data extraction, summarization, and workflow orchestration.
- Utilize Process Mining platforms such as Signavio to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with business, technology, data, architecture, and control partners to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solution delivery.
- Ensure all solutions comply with firm standards, governance requirements, risk controls, and regulatory obligations.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven innovation into workflow and business process transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, workflow automation, process transformation, or related technology disciplines; Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Expert hands-on experience with Pega workflow development and solution delivery.
- Advanced experience developing intelligent automation solutions using: Power Apps, Power Automate, UiPath (Attended & Unattended), Python, Alteryx
- Experience delivering AI and intelligent automation solutions utilizing: Generative AI, AI agents and copilots, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR and document extraction technologies
- Advanced experience with Signavio Process Mining and process analytics.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Experience integrating workflow platforms, AI services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Certification in one or more of the following: Pega, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Python, AI/Generative AI technologies, Process Mining (Signavio)
- Experience delivering AI-enabled workflow transformation initiatives.
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Technical Designer and proven ability to transform business challenges into scalable automation and AI solutions.
- Experience building executive-level business cases demonstrating operational efficiencies and ROI.
