Lead VIKR Technologies as its first CEO, validating demand with prime government contractors, securing pilot discussions, and raising a $2 million seed round on a post-money SAFE. The CEO will operate the company, build investor relationships in government, defense, and compliance technology, and report to an independent board. Compensation includes consulting pay until the financing closes, followed by a base salary and equity. The role is intended for a founder or operator with prior seed fundraising experience and federal contracting or security exposure.

To apply, email [email protected] with your resume and answers to these three questions. Applications without the answers will not be reviewed.

1. Name the private seed or SAFE round you closed as its leader: company, amount, lead investor, and your title when it closed.
2. Which investors in government, defense or compliance technology could you reach this month?
3. How many months of personal financial runway do you have before a round closes?

VIKR Technologies is hiring its first Chief Executive Officer. A built product, a filed patent and 8% of the company. Job one: prove demand with prime contractors, then close a $2 million seed.

The problem: proving that a government contractor is who it claims to be still runs on phone calls, screenshots and paperwork that is out of date the moment it prints. Prime contractors carry real exposure for their subcontractors' standing, and the only tools are manual lookups repeated for every contract.

What VIKR does: VIKR issues a digital credential that carries its own proof. A contractor's standing is gathered from multiple independent sources, cross-checked, and sealed into a credential anyone can verify in seconds. No login, no portal, and it works offline. VIKR supplies the proof; the party checking keeps the decision.

Where things stand: incorporated in Delaware, patent application filed, and the production system runs end to end today. What does not exist yet: a CEO, a technical co-founder, outside capital and paying customers.

The mandate: in months 1 to 3, three prime contractors confirm the problem and at least one agrees to a pilot conversation. In months 1 to 9, close a $2,000,000 seed on a standard post-money SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity). The founding CTO starts as the round closes.

Who this is for: you have closed a seed or SAFE round with private investors as the leader of that raise. Not attempted: closed. Non-dilutive awards do not count. You can reach investors who back government, defense or compliance technology this month. You have operated in or next to federal contracting or security. You have six to twelve months of personal runway.

Compensation: $5,000 per month consulting until the round closes (up to 12 months), then a $150,000 to $185,000 base salary, plus 8% of the company vesting over four years.

The founder stays out of operations by design. The CEO runs the company and reports to an independent board.

Location: Washington, DC area or Texas preferred; remote within the United States considered. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
