Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) is seeking a Chief Information Officer who will be responsible for leading and managing the Company’s IT & Cybersecurity (“IT & CS”) Division, including overall strategy, operations, service delivery, client engagement, financial performance, and internal technology leadership.

The CIO is expected to operate as both a strategic leader and operational executive, helping guide the continued growth, maturity, scalability, and effectiveness of the Company’s technology and cybersecurity capabilities.

Workplace Type: Remote.

Compensation: W-2. $150,000 - $220,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

IT & Cybersecurity Division Leadership:

• Lead and manage the IT & CS Division, including employees, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, strategic partners, and other supporting resources.

• Establish divisional priorities, operational standards, service delivery expectations, and overall strategic direction.

• Build, develop, and mentor the IT & CS team while supporting accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

• Assist with resource planning, staffing strategy, organizational structure, and scaling of the Division as the Company grows.

Client & Service Delivery Management:

• Oversee delivery and execution of all IT & CS-related client services, engagements, support activities, and special projects.

• Manage client relationships related to IT, cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure, systems, and related technology initiatives.

• Support the development, implementation, and management of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance-related initiatives, including CMMC, NIST, Microsoft 365 security, GRC, and related efforts.

• Support the scoping, planning, execution, and oversight of approved Special Projects, Task Orders, and technology initiatives.

• Coordinate with other Divisions and leadership teams to support cross-functional client delivery efforts.

Operational & Financial Management:

• Manage the overall operational and financial performance of the IT & CS Division.

• Assist with development and oversight of divisional budgets, forecasting, pricing strategy, resource allocation, vendor management, and overall profitability.

• Support management of divisional P&L performance and strategic growth initiatives.

• Assist with identifying operational efficiencies, process improvements, and scalable service delivery models.

Internal CIO Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Company’s internal CIO and strategic technology leader for Strategic Growth Partners.

• Support the Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”) with internal technology planning, cybersecurity strategy, operational improvements, systems evaluation, and related initiatives.

• Oversee and support internal IT & Cybersecurity operations, infrastructure, systems, vendors, and related support activities for the Company.

• Assist leadership with technology-related decision-making, risk management, compliance initiatives, and long-term strategic planning.

Emerging Technologies & AI Leadership:

• Define and lead strategy for emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

• Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases aligned to business objectives.

• Establish governance for responsible, secure, and compliant AI adoption.

• Partner with business leaders to embed AI into core processes and decision-making.

Build and oversee capabilities, talent, and platforms to support AI at scale

• Perform other leadership, operational, strategic, or technology-related responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Company.

Additional Expectations:

• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.

• Establish and maintain consistent working availability to support internal collaboration and client responsiveness across multiple time zones.

• Occasional travel may be required for client engagements, team meetings, or strategic initiatives.
