Position Summary
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be the architect of The Sovereign Kingdom’s (TSK) global brand identity and market presence. Tasked with engaging a highly exclusive audience of over 600,000 Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), the CMO will lead the marketing, communications, and digital acquisition strategies. The primary goal is to establish TSK as the preeminent name in culturally-immersive, private ultra-luxury travel, driving both platform adoption and high-value bookings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity ● Develop and maintain a world-class brand identity that resonates with the values of privacy, exclusivity, and cultural authenticity. ● Ensure absolute brand consistency across all touchpoints, from the digital platform to physical property experiences and elite services. ● Position TSK as a thought leader in the transformative travel space, highlighting the shift from traditional luxury to meaningful immersion.
Growth & Digital Marketing ● Oversee the marketing-led aspects of the TSK platform release, optimizing user acquisition and retention for the elite membership base. ● Leverage data-driven insights to target the growing UHNWI population (estimated growth of 70 individuals per day). ● Manage high-tier performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and exclusive social media strategies tailored for the ultra-wealthy.
Public Relations & Strategic Partnerships ● Orchestrate global PR campaigns and secure placements in top-tier luxury, business, and lifestyle publications. ● Form high-level strategic partnerships with luxury lifestyle brands, private aviation firms, and elite family offices. ● Manage high-profile events and "invitation-only" brand activations in key global markets. Content & Experience Marketing ● Lead the creation of visually stunning, high-production content (video, photography, editorial) that showcases TSK’s flagship properties and unique cultural experiences. ● Develop "Storytelling" initiatives that bridge the gap between lodging and the deep cultural heritage of TSK locations.
Qualifications
● Experience: 10+ years in senior marketing leadership, specifically within the ultra-luxury sector (e.g., luxury hospitality, yachting, private aviation, or high-end fashion). ● Expertise: Deep understanding of the UHNWI psyche, purchasing habits, and media consumption patterns. ● Digital Savvy: Proven experience in scaling high-end digital platforms or apps with a focus on premium user experience. ● Network: Strong existing relationships with luxury media editors, influencers, and high-net-worth brand partners. ● Attributes: A refined aesthetic sense, creative visionary, and a "prize" mindset—understanding that TSK is an exclusive destination for the world's most discerning travelers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Brand awareness and sentiment metrics within the top 0.1% of the global wealth demographic. ● Achievement of pilot-validated traffic levels (~10K+ daily visitors) and conversion rates on the new platform. ● Successful execution of flagship launch campaigns and PR reach milestones. ● ROI on marketing spend relative to high-value booking volume and membership growth.
