An established independent insurance agency is seeking a seasoned Claims Specialist or Claims Manager to strengthen its commercial claims capability. The role can flex based on the selected candidate: a manager-level hire may lead a small claims team, while a strong senior individual contributor can be considered for a specialist-level position.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What we are looking for
- Significant commercial claims experience.
- Five or more years of experience preferred for Claims Specialist candidates.
- Prior claims-team or department leadership strongly preferred for Claims Manager candidates.
- Carrier-side claims experience is highly valued; agency-side backgrounds are also welcome.
- Strong communication, client-service, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Insurance licensing is helpful but not required.
