  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish cleanroom consumables and production supplies to prevent production delays.
  • Create and process pick tickets, locate and retrieve hardware, and deliver materials to production technicians based on build schedules and priorities.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store incoming hardware, ensuring quantities, condition, identification, and documentation are accurate.
  • Stage and kit hardware for spacecraft production and integration activities, ensuring kits are complete, accurate, and ready when technicians need them.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts, storage locations, and material transactions while ensuring hardware traceability throughout the production process.
  • Package completed Manufacturing Orders (MOs) into approved storage containers and transfer completed hardware into the appropriate inventory or downstream production location.
  • Maintain clean, organized, FOD-conscious, and production-ready cleanroom storage and material staging areas in accordance with contamination control and ESD requirements.
  • Safely move hardware, tanks, compressed gas products, and other production equipment into and out of cleanroom environments using appropriate material-handling practices.
  • Assist with transferring production hardware into the centralized Hive inventory location and maintain accurate, organized storage locations as operations scale.
  • Provide additional hardware logistics support as needed, including packaging, vendor processing, shipment coordination, and movement of spacecraft hardware.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory, material handling, production support, manufacturing operations, warehouse operations, aerospace, or another technically regulated environment.
  • Experience receiving, stocking, organizing, staging, kitting, or tracking production materials or hardware.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory counts, storage locations, and documentation.
  • Ability to safely handle and move hardware, materials, and production equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to follow established cleanroom, safety, material handling, and inventory procedures.

Desired

  • Experience working in aerospace, spacecraft, defense, semiconductor, medical device, or another high-reliability manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience working in a cleanroom, contamination-controlled, ESD-sensitive, or FOD-controlled environment.
  • Experience with inventory management, ERP/MRP, warehouse management, or manufacturing execution systems.
  • Experience with pick tickets, Manufacturing Orders, bills of material, kitting, and hardware traceability.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom consumables, gowning requirements, contamination control, and ESD practices.
  • Experience helping establish or organize a new inventory, warehouse, production, or cleanroom space.
  • Experience supporting spacecraft Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) or similar complex hardware production.
