Job Description

1) Scope and Duties

Document processing includes:

1. Receiving and Sorting of Documents

2. Document Scanning and Checking

3. Document Retrieval

2) Requirements

1. Good reliability, attendance, and punctuality

2. Able to read and type with accuracy and reasonable speed

3. Able to perform repetitive task quickly and accurately

4. Able to learn departmental procedures and follow directions

5. Willing to work in a fast-paced factory like environment with high volumes of document

6. Able to handle and move boxes of documents

7. Demonstrated proficiency using imaging technology and related storage requirements, image and document formats and PCs

8. Able to contribute to building a conducive and professional working relationship with the team

Additional Requirements

Role Type (GTO), Work Experience Level for GTO CWF
