Hub7 Creation, part of Sap Brands, is hiring a Client Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts to expand clientele and broadcast the benefits of our commercial services. Hub7 Creation is a content creation firm specializing in design, production and social media management in the fields of sports, gaming, entertainment and commerce, among others. While many of our contracts come from businesses, we also strive to use our time and talent to benefit individuals and nonprofits in our communities nationally.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the outbound and inbound sales operation

  • Generating strategies to highlight key services

  • Engage in effective lead search and categorical placement

  • Engage in initial outreach and some continued discussions

  • Oversee a fully automated sales team (AI/BOT Driven)

  • Delegate or complete results, competitors and market research

  • Monitor and report any significant issues with AI/BOT Service

NOTE: This is primarily an opportunity to lead sales operations, not manage employees. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing + Client Relations. There is one direct staff report: the Client Sales Consultant. All other sales-related positions are automated through SalesForce and other technology software platforms.

The successful candidate will align with our mission and meet some or all of the qualifications below:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate is REQUIRED

  • 2 Yrs of Relevant Experience, Education, or Training REQUIRED

  • Candidates with 3-5 years of E.E.T. or with Direct Sales Preferred

  • Any Experience with SalesForce, ClickUP, or Apollo is a plus

  • NASP or hubspot Certification is also a nice plus

  • Must be able to work remotely, and within the United States

  • Must be able to work on the sales timeline we have established

This is a part-time, remote role with W2 Employee Status. The compensation model is a flat salary per anum of $620 to $1,835, depending on candidate value. In addition, there will be a commission structure of 10.00% to 30.00% of leads, that will be discussed upon job offer.
