About the role and what you'll be doing: 

The Client Engagement Manager is accountable for the growth, retention, and overall success of assigned Ensono client accounts. This role owns the end-to-end client relationship and serves as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, growth, renewals, and risk management.

The Client Engagement Manager drives profitable growth by building and maintaining strategic, trusted client relationships and ensuring world-class delivery across Ensono services. While this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, the CEM works cross-functionally across Ensono—including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering—to expand existing client relationships and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Own and manage the overall client relationship, acting as the primary advocate for the client within Ensono

·       Drive profitable account growth through identification of expansion opportunities and strategic account planning

·       Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality service execution and sustained customer satisfaction

·       Proactively manage account health, including renewals, risk mitigation, and issue escalation

·       Leverage Ensono’s full portfolio of services and internal resources to address client needs and business objectives

·       Build long-term, executive-level relationships that support “clients for life” outcomes

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience managing and growing complex, enterprise client relationships
  • Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities within assigned account
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain SFDC accuracy
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, MBRs and QBRs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Pricing, Service Delivery)
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders at the working level
  • Support proposal development and deal progression
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Experience driving account growth through cross-functional collaboration and solution alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage renewals, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor in a highly matrixed organization

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in managed services, technology services, or IT consulting environments

  • Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure, cloud, or mission-critical application services

  • Experience partnering with service delivery, pricing, and solution engineering teams

  • Background supporting clients in regulated or complex enterprise environments

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $95,000 to $150,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
