We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our elevated warehouse team. This role is the face of our pickup operations, supporting both end consumers and local designers who are collecting furniture orders. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and proactive; someone who enjoys interacting with people while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. 

In This Role

  • Greet customers and designers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Verify customer information and coordinate order retrieval with warehouse staff
  • Create a smooth, positive pick-up experience from arrival to departure
  • Send pick-up reminders to customers in advance of scheduled appointments
  • Follow up with customers who have missed scheduled pickups
  • Help answer customer questions related to pick-up and scheduling
  • Accurately track pickups and maintain updated records
  • Assist in organizing daily pickup schedules
  • Maintain clear and professional communication via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Pickup Operations Manager
  • Support overall warehouse flow and efficiency as needed
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, retail, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Naturally friendly, patient, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable and punctual
