We’re seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the quarterback for ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role is client-facing and fast-paced, acting as an embedded partner in managing the financial and day-to-day aspects of clients’ lives. The CRM is responsible for anticipating needs, driving execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across accounting, advisory, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, managing day-to-day financial and coordinating administrative needs

  • Oversee cash management, bill pay, and money movement across multiple accounts and entities

  • Review and communicate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow to clients

  • Coordinate and manage multiple entities, real estate holdings, and business interests

  • Ensure timely execution of client requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • Act as the central hub between clients, advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and internal teams

  • Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and recommend solutions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in a family office, business management, or UHNW client environment

  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships independently

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Financial reporting and budgeting

    • Cash flow management and account oversight

    • Bill pay and transaction execution

    • Multi-entity structures and/or real estate holdings

  • Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and their advisors
