  • Deliver standard product demonstrations or coordinate deeper demonstrations with solution engineers and technical specialists.

Client Engagement and Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Experience and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities and protect client relationships.
  • Work effectively with Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, consultants, marketing, and partner teams.
  • Ensure smooth internal handoffs and adherence to service-level agreements.

Product and Industry Knowledge

  • Maintain working knowledge of Acumatica, relevant add-ons, Net at Work solutions, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop enough technical curiosity and product proficiency to identify fit, communicate value, and coordinate the right resources.

Forecasting and Reporting

  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts and account updates.
  • Keep leadership informed of performance, pipeline risks, account progress, and market feedback.
  • Track direct Acumatica expansion separately from partner, ISV, and services revenue when required.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in inside sales, account management, business development, ERP, SaaS, or technology sales.
  • Demonstrated success growing an existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, or expansion.
  • Track record of quota achievement and self-generated pipeline creation.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • ERP, HCM, SaaS, or business application experience is strongly preferred.
  • Direct Acumatica experience is preferred but not required; experience with NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar ERP ecosystem is relevant.
