Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, client management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
