This role involves providing administrative support, handling inquiries, and facilitating communication between clients and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all client information is up to date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Track and report on client interactions and transactions, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM) software.
