The Clinic Administrator III will plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization
  • Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Management of a minimum of 15 - 30 Providers - Multispecialty Site and 10+ providers - Specialty Care Department at assigned clinic
  • Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ambulatory Care Management experience
  • Managed care background

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
