As a CLO Compliance Analyst, you will model compliance tests, interpret legal documents, perform financial calculations, troubleshoot data issues, and create solutions for clients.

We’re looking for an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but not limited to data collection, reconciliation, client driven reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems.
- Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements.
- Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences.
- Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of clients’ need, market conditions and/or technical expertise.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of financial modeling.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models.
- Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
