Position Summary

Austin, Texas, USA (Hybrid)

Thales is looking for a Cloud Customer Success Engineer (CCSE) who is part of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team, supporting Thales Business Lines in the adoption and optimization of innovative products using state-of-the-art technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth integration, with proactive follow-up and ensuring the performance, security and scalability of the Business Lines solutions. It's a central role, enabling business acceleration.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or for assuming sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Developing a key, trust-based relationship with customers.

  • Responsible for managing multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Coordinate the quarterly review of Business Lines activities with CCoE key performance indicators / reports to help customers improve their efficiency.

  • Be the main point of contact with knowledge of leading cloud providers and cloud technologies.

  • Ability to adapt: In complex situations, the CCSE must find solutions adapted to customer needs while considering technical and commercial constraints or propose innovative solutions with the CCoE team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field of study.

  • At least 3 years of experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of main Cloud Providers and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Leadership skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

  • Cloud-certified.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management systems  with previous experience with CRM tool deployment.

Special Position Requirements

Travel:10-30% May involve exceptional travel to visit a CCoE customer (Thales entity) or for CCoE team events.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between

Total Target Cash (TTC) 110,250.00 - 183,750.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
