About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer to design and implement OCI networking for client hybrid cloud, including connectivity between OCI, Exadata Cloud for Customer, and multi-cloud linkages, aligned to client requirements, Zero Trust, and segmentation requirements.


What you'll do

  • Design and build VCNs, subnets, DNS, FastConnect, Dynamic Routing Gateways (DRG), private endpoints, interconnects, and routing.
  • Establish reusable network templates and baselines as part of standardized tenant onboarding.
  • Implement network segmentation aligned to CMS TIC 3.0, Zero Trust, and multi-cloud requirements.
  • Support integration of Cloudflare services with OCI networking in coordination with the edge-security engineer.
  • Document network designs, runbooks, and operational guidance.


Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Strong OCI networking experience (VCN, DRG, FastConnect, private endpoints, DNS, routing).
  • Solid foundation in enterprise networking: routing, firewalls, DNS, load balancing, TCP/IP.
  • Experience with cloud network security and segmentation in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with TIC 3.0 and Zero Trust network architecture.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform/OCI Resource Manager) for network provisioning.
  • Must satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-cloud interconnect experience.
  • Cloudflare or other CDN/edge networking exposure.
  • Prior CMS/federal networking experience.
  • 7+ years network engineering with 3+ years in cloud (OCI preferred).
  • OCI Networking / relevant cloud networking certification preferred.
