- Current Texas CNA certification is required.
- Candidates must have availability during Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
- Travel required within Williamson and Travis counties to provide patient care

- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation
State-Specific Requirement:
- TX: Home Health Aide-Must have a minimum of one-(1) year full-time experience in direct client care in hospital or nursing facility, OR one (1) year full- time experience within last five (5) years in direct client care in agency setting, OR documented completion of training and competency evaluation program with home health experience within the last twenty-four (24) months, OR documented completion of competency evaluation program with home health experience within the last twenty-four (24) months, OR nursing student with documentation from director of programs or the dean of a school of nursing that states that the individual is a nursing student who has demonstrated competency in basic nursing skills aligned with the school's curriculum
OR be on Texas Department of Human Services (DHS's) Nurse Aide Registry with no findings of client abuse or neglect or misappropriation of client property. Must NOT be listed on the Employee Misconduct Registry
Preferred Qualification:
- Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
- 6+ months of home care experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
