Job Description

As a College Recruiter you will be a key player in this mission by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from their initial contact onward. You will be the face of DPR’s college recruiting process, making sure that each candidate feels valued and informed throughout their journey. 

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding candidate experiences. Your contribution will help maintain DPR’s high standards and ensure our candidates receive the best possible first impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Supports College recruitment activities that help meet workforce needs across DPR and Integrated Entities.

Works with college champs to source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records.

Contributes to candidate outreach, recruiting events, and talent pipeline development.

Ensures recruiting documentation and processes remain organized and compliant.

Supports sourcing activities through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.

Screens candidate resumes and coordinates interview scheduling with the College Recruiting team, informing College Champs of candidate outcomes.

Maintains campus events and candidate records and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.

Administers and drives the process of offer letters full cycle.

Monitors, reviews, and dispositions applications submitted outside of campus events.

Assists with candidate communications and coordination throughout the recruitment process.

Supports recruiting events such as job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.

Assists with recruiting metrics tracking and documentation to support hiring activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$28.85- $40.87
