Drafts and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements for the company's retail and banking segments. Provides day to day commercial related advice, legal expertise and counsel to retail and banking business partners in line with company goals, business segments priorities and best practices. Responsibilities
  • Reviews, drafts, interprets, advises on and negotiates a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Provides commercial legal advice on existing and new customer / partner relationships and business initiatives.
  • Supports the evaluation and recommendation of updates to existing contract templates and supports the development of new templates, as needed. Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Commercial Contracting.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

  • The ability to effectively prioritize and advance multiple deals happening simultaneously, often on tight deadlines.
