Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve project goals and maximize profitability.
* Negotiate, draft, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
* Manage change orders and claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for projects.
* Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Identify new business opportunities and support bid and proposal efforts.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial management within the energy services or construction industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial contracts and projects.
* Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms and conditions, and risk management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and client meetings.
* Experience with Primoris Services Corporation or similar large-scale energy infrastructure companies is a plus.
