Manage day-to-day commercial marketing activities supporting product-line commercial teams: customer communications, demand analysis, order intake and timelines, cross-product collaboration, planning interfaces to drive wafer starts and stock strategy, and data management including reporting, milestone tracking, and performance metrics.
- Responsible for day-to-day commercial marketing activities to support and work with the BL/PL CM teams regarding transformation activities.
- e.g. Customer communication, Customer/Product demand analysis, interface with planning, data management and business reporting.
Primary Accountabilities/Deliverables
1.Customer communication
- 1.Support executive communications with customers
- 2.Drive and understand customer demand information
- 3.Ensure timely order intake from customers
- 4.Communicate supply/ demand information with customers for Product Line specific products
- 5.Ensure order timelines are adhered to by all involved parties
- 6.Ensure cross Product Line collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes for customers and NXP
2.Customer/Product demand analysis
- 1.Drive & steer internal communication of customer & product demand analysis
- 2.Interface internally with sales, operations and logistics teams on supply/demand information
3.Interface with planning
- 1.Drive optimal level of wafer starts to meet company objectives
- 2.Monitor and steer supply chain impact, stock build strategy/management to avoid stock obsolescence
- 3.Collaborate with NXP Operations to achieve optimal outcomes for customers and NXP
- 4.Interface with NXP Demand Management/planners on customer orderbook and demand forecast
4.Data Management –
- 1.Report generation on execution of key program deliverables
- 2.Key program milestone tracking and adherence
- 3.Performance reporting
