  • Gather, qualify and provide feedback from customers to Product Management to improve Dynatrace’s market share and meet the market needs.
  • Collaborate across teams including Product, Engineering, Expert Services, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Build best practices and share knowledge the team to continuously develop and enhance both your personal and team capabilities.
  • Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations, in order to attend the specific demands of each customer.

To ensure your success as a Solutions Engineer at Dynatrace, you are an ambitious, motivated, and coachable individual with a strong interest in modern cloud technologies and customer‑facing technical work.

You do not need prior Solutions Engineering or sales experience to succeed in this role. Instead, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow into a trusted technical advisor.
