Communications and Branding Video Coordinator

General Statement of Job:

The Communications and Branding Coordinator will be part of a small, dedicated team of designers and video producers, and is responsible for a variety of internal and external facing materials including: talent acquisition/recruiting marketing campaigns, brand promotion & awareness, social media copy and content, event coverage, and email marketing campaigns. This position reports directly to the Administrative Manager, Communications and Branding.

Essential Job Functions:

• Research and report on video trends in social media
• Regularly edit sequences with team members in Adobe Premiere, and/or After Effects
• Contribute to development for short and long-form content, including a new podcast series and client marketing videos
• Regularly write copy and create content for social media posts (primarily Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), while adhering to confidentiality considerations inherent with the industry
• Adhere to social media calendar to generate new posts
• Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Four plus years relevant experience with a portfolio and experience as cinematographer and editor, in personal, creative, or corporate work
• Highly proficient in iOS hardware and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
