Job Description

The Communications Coordinator will support the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external communications for Beloform Craft.

This position works closely with different departments to help ensure information is communicated clearly, accurately, and consistently. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day internal and external communications.
  • Prepare, review, and organize professional correspondence, announcements, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across company communications.
  • Assist with communication plans for company initiatives, projects, and events.
  • Coordinate information between departments and help ensure important updates reach the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain communication calendars, schedules, documentation, and related records.
  • Respond professionally to general inquiries and route requests to the appropriate department.
  • Support meetings by preparing materials, organizing information, and documenting important updates when necessary.
  • Review written materials for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve internal communication processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and company initiatives.
  • Handle company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
