Job Description
We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistent messaging, strengthening brand voice, and ensuring seamless information flow across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt quickly while producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities
– Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns
– Draft, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, announcements, presentations, and corporate materials
– Coordinate communication timelines, approvals, and project logistics
– Support cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
– Maintain organized communication archives and documentation
– Monitor communication effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
