We are seeking a dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our brand and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective internal and external communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans and strategies to support organizational goals.
- Manage and update company website, social media channels, and other communication platforms.
- Coordinate and produce content for newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
- Organize and manage company events, including internal meetings and external conferences.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Handle media inquiries and maintain positive relationships with journalists and other media representatives.
- Provide support for internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a communications or PR role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with media relations and event planning is a plus.
