Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:

Dragos is looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day execution of our global PR programs. You'll be the operational engine behind our media relations, executive visibility programs, and earned speaking initiatives, and work closely with PR agencies across the US, UK, Germany, and ANZ.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a broad scope, real ownership, and the chance to contribute to communications programs that directly support a mission-focused cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day with PR agencies across the US, UK, DACH, and ANZ — managing pitching, interview scheduling, media event logistics, and the Dragos press inbox
  • Coordinate press releases; review and edit bylines before publication
  • Coordinate deliverables for executive visibility programs, including blogs, bylines, and podcasts; support social amplification of top placements
  • Manage the spokesperson bench, coordinate schedules for media training, and support the earned speaking program for our experts, including the speaking calendar and portal with resources
  • Run the strategic awards program from calendar management through submission and promotion
  • Support reports that show the PR program’s delivery against established metrics

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of PR or communications experience, ideally in B2B technology or cybersecurity, in-house or agency
  • While the role is remote, candidates should be able to work Eastern Time hours due to collaboration across global teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple concurrent programs and deadlines
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proactive with strong ownership and follow-through, with a keen eye for where we can improve and the drive to help get us there
  • Collaborative and self-motivated in a remote work environment, able to work with teams across the company

Compensation:

  • Salary: $95,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan
