- Support the planning, delivery, and ongoing management of newsletters, town halls, and other key communication moments.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and internal partners to enable clear, effective, and timely communications.
- Identify and shape key issues and messages by gathering, analyzing, and integrating information from multiple and sometimes competing sources.
- Help identify opportunities for standardization, and support processes that drive consistency and efficiency when it comes to communications across our North America operations.
- Communicate with purpose to inform, engage, build alignment, and support meaningful behavior change.
- Confidently manage multiple priorities, assessing urgency and impact while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications across channels, using insights to inform future decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of our marketing, communications, and public relations organization, including our graphic design and video teams, digital teams responsible for our intranet content, leadership and functional communications team and others.
