About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Community Manager to scale the SpotDraft Community globally. Hundreds of legal and legal ops teams already run their contracting on SpotDraft. Your job is to turn them into a network that drives activation, retention, expansion, and pipeline. You’ll work closely with the CMO and their leadership teamIf you’ve scaled a community to something people actually want to belong to, and you can show what it did for revenue, this is it.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Community, Growth, events or Customer Marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with a proven record of scaling a community.

  • Experience building communities for professional audiences, ideally in-house legal, legal ops, procurement, or other complex business functions.

  • AI literacy. You use modern tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to run programs at scale and move faster.

What you’ll own:

  • Community Strategy: Define SpotDraft’s community strategy, starting in North America, with a blueprint that scales globally. Every online and offline initiative should tie back to growth and retention in priority segments.

  • Influencers, Champions & Power Users: Identify and empower standout legal influencers and customers through champion programs and engagement strategies Turn them into references, speakers, and a direct product feedback loop.

  • Programs & Events: Launch and run virtual programs, including GC and legal ops roundtables, city meetups, and presence around industry moments like CLOC. Partner and become a part of the incredible events team and muscle of SpotDraft and Beacon.

  • Operating Model: Build the tools, platforms, and processes needed to run community programs at scale across regions.
