About the role

As the Senior Community Manager at Bloom Growth, you will bring our community growth strategy to life across our user and coach communities. You’ll own the programming, experiences, engagement strategies, and day-to-day community health that keep members participating, connecting, and coming back for value. Working closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams, you’ll build engaging community experiences, activate campaigns, test new ideas, and turn member and coach insights into opportunities that strengthen engagement and growth.

What you'll do
  • Translate community growth strategy and marketing campaigns into engaging community programming and experiences
  • Own the programming calendar across Bloom Growth's user and coach communities, including webinars, workshops, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, discussions, launches, and quarterly gatherings
  • Build and maintain community spaces, content pathways, and navigation within Mighty Networks
  • Own the daily health, moderation, tone, and engagement of Bloom Growth's communities
  • Design and test engagement strategies that encourage participation, connection, and repeat engagement
  • Activate marketing campaigns within the communities to increase reach and participation
  • Re-engage dormant members and less-active coaches through targeted programming and outreach
  • Recruit and coordinate members, coaches, subject matter experts, and guest contributors for community programming
  • Monitor engagement and activation metrics, test new approaches, and use results to continuously improve programming
  • Capture member and coach insights, stories, and feedback to inform Marketing campaigns, positioning, and acquisition efforts
  • Partner across Marketing, Customer Experience, Coach Success, Sales, and other teams while maintaining ownership of community outcomes
QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in community management, customer engagement, member programs, or a related field, preferably in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning community programming and engagement initiatives from planning through execution
  • Experience engaging executive, partner, or other high-value professional audiences
  • Hands-on experience building and managing communities on platforms such as Mighty Networks, Circle, or similar
  • Strong written communication and virtual facilitation skills
  • Experience using engagement data and member feedback to evaluate performance and improve programming
  • Ability to independently execute within an established strategy and make sound decisions within your area of ownership
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a fully remote environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Software as a Service (SaaS), coaching, or founder-focused organizations
  • Familiarity with Bloom, Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Scaling Up, Pinnacle, or similar business operating frameworks
  • Experience with HubSpot reporting
  • Experience building programming for executive, founder, or other high-value professional communities
Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000–$110,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for monthly performance-based incentives. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.

Location Eligibility

This role is open to candidates permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York. Bloom Growth™ adjusts compensation based on geographic market data to maintain internal equity.
