Consultant at Red Nucleus is responsible for leading project workstreams and supporting the delivery of strategic consulting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. Working as part of a collaborative team, this individual will conduct research, analyze complex data, develop strategic insights, and build evidence-based recommendations that help clients navigate pricing, reimbursement, market access and commercialization challenges across global markets.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation 

  • Conduct primary and secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key findings, strategic insights, risks, and opportunities. 
  • Develop strategic recommendations supported by evidence, stakeholder input, and market analysis. 


      Skills & Abilities: 

      • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
      • Ability to structure and solve complex business problems 
      • Experience synthesizing information from multiple data sources into clear recommendations. 
      • Excellent PowerPoint storytelling and presentation development capabilities. 
        • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
        • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. 
          • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. 
            • Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices
               

             

            Education and experience: 

            • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD) valued, but not required
              • Approximately 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, market access, healthcare strategy, life sciences, pharmaceutical industry, or a related field. 
              • Experience leading workstreams and managing project activities  

            Preferred Qualifications  

            Experience in one or more of the following areas:  

            • Pricing and market access strategy 
            • Global market access 
            • Health technology assessment (HTA) 
            • Reimbursement & payer research 
            • Launch strategy  
            • Portfolio strategy 
            • Commercial strategy 
            • Healthcare policy 
            • Qualitative market research 
            • Pharmaceutical commercialization
