You’ll crush this role if you have 5+ years in the legal field (preferably as a practicing attorney with litigation experience), plus 2+ years in a client-facing or tech-forward role such as sales, consulting, demos, or training. You understand the pain points attorneys face every day and can frame modern, tech-driven solutions in a way that resonates. You’re a clear communicator who can break down complex concepts, build trust quickly, and move seamlessly between legal and product conversations. Experience with court reporting services, legal technology platforms, and AI-powered tools is a strong plus.
