About the Team

The CX Readiness CoE is a pilar of the CX Enablement Organization. We focus on gaining efficiency through content lifecycle management and governance, driving predictability in the content experience and developing insights to measure content as a business asset. Through these key focus areas, we prepare CX workmates for customer interactions with relevant and timely content and learning experiences.

About the Role

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Content Taxonomy Framework.

  • Oversee the bill of materials and reporting related to the content taxonomy.

  • Establish and enforce governance practices for content management.

  • Design, create and deploy instructional materials for CX programs.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align content with program needs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Matrixed Organization Proficiency: Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, effectively engaging with various departments and levels within the organization.

  • Program Management: Drive and run program activities, including scope definition, scheduling and reporting.

  • Problem-Solving: Drive discussions with cross-functional teams to align solutions with program objectives.

  • Project Management: Independently develop and lead Smartsheet plans, including task management, dependencies, and reporting.

  • Program Reporting: Build comprehensive status updates and reports, with a focus on metrics and storytelling to advise partners.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide real time and regularly recurring communications to keep team members informed.

  • Program Evangelism: Promote program understanding across internal teams and externally to cultivate collaboration and support.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Governance of content taxonomy in an enablement environment

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, instructional design, or related field in a SAAS environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and Google Suite

Other Qualifications

  • Reporting and data analysis.

  • Governance and compliance.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $108,100 USD - $162,100 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $102,700 USD - $182,300 USD
