Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years in IT administration or IT management, including time as the sole or lead IT owner at a company of 100–300 users.
  • Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Teams) and Google Workspace.

  • Working knowledge of networking (Ubiquiti or similar), DNS, and basic security hygiene, including phishing response.
  • Comfortable managing vendors, quotes, and purchase approvals against a budget.
  • Clear written reporting; able to start within two weeks and ramp in days, not weeks.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting a remote international office; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus for the Chile team.
  • Exposure to CMMC or NIST 800-171 compliance.
  • Support for industrial or engineering environments (plant sites, engineering software licensing, wellsite connectivity).
