About Tradeify

Tradeify is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm redefining how traders access capital, technology, and opportunity. We operate at the intersection of performance, data, and community - and we move fast.

As we continue scaling across trading, product, marketing, and operations, our People team plays a critical role in building the teams that power everything we do.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Contract Recruiter with strong in-house recruiting experience to join our lean People team during an exciting growth phase. This is a 6-month contract covering maternity leave, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to operate internally - partnering closely with hiring managers, balancing priorities, and delivering hires that truly move the business forward.

You'll manage high-volume hiring while also working on interesting, well-defined roles across the company. If you love owning searches end-to-end, moving quickly without sacrificing quality, and being embedded in the business - you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles across the business
  • Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining a thoughtful, human candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate quickly, and execute efficiently
  • Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
  • Maintain accurate, clean ATS data and recruiting documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, and processes as we scale
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Tradeify in every candidate interaction

What We're Looking For

  • In-house recruiting experience required (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Organized, proactive, and execution-focused

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with crypto, trading, fintech, or the proprietary trading world
  • Experience recruiting for technical, trading, operations, or growth-focused roles
  • Comfort working with remote, global talent pools
  • People Ops or HR experience, particularly with onboarding

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Be embedded in the business - not operating at arm's length
  • Work directly with a collaborative, low-ego People team
  • Recruit for roles that are meaningful, visible, and genuinely interesting
  • Move fast, own your work, and see the impact immediately
  • Fully remote and flexible
  • Strong potential for long-term opportunity as Tradeify continues to scale

The Details

  • Contract length: 6 months (maternity leave coverage)
  • Long-term potential: Strong possibility of converting to a permanent role
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annualized

Our Hiring Process

Recruiter Interview: If we like your initial application, expect to schedule an interview with a member of our recruitment team. This interview will focus on getting to know you a bit more and will explain the culture of the company. We want to know more about why you want to join our team, how you feel about our company, and how it fits into your overall career plan to make sure this is the right place for you.

Interview(s) with your future manager: This is to make sure that you are a fit for the role you are applying to and to explore your career history. In this interview, we'll learn more about the hard and soft skills you possess to help determine if you'd be a good fit for us.

Final Interview(s) with Leadership: Depending on the role, you may be interviewed by our senior leaders to assess your strategic thinking and fit within the broader team.
