Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. At this time we are not able to proceed with hires based in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and close.

  • Drive alignment with stakeholders through structured processes, effective communication, and clear expectations.

  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, new roles, and evolving team structures.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Proven experience with Ashby for ATS management and reporting.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and set expectations.

  • Adaptability and calm under pressure—able to handle ambiguity and deliver results without losing focus.

  • Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or workflow automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Gem AI, HireEZ, etc.).

  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and project management skills.

  • Collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented approach.
