KlientBoost is a performance marketing agency with a fully remote team across 16 different states and 3 countries. We’re looking for a Conversion Tracking & Analytics Specialist to support analytics and conversion tracking implementation for our portfolio of clients.

This role is perfect for a mid-level specialist ready to operate independently on standard implementations while collaborating with a Senior BI lead on complex, advanced troubleshooting cases.


About the Role:

The Conversion Tracking & Analytics Specialist plays an important role in ensuring clients are generating a positive return on investment from their digital marketing efforts. You’ll support the planning, execution, and troubleshooting of analytics and conversion tracking implementations, working closely with our internal teams to improve performance and drive meaningful results.

You’ll learn how to run and scale business intelligence programs, dive into conversion and attribution data, and help identify opportunities to improve marketing performance. This role is built for someone eager to grow their business intelligence skill set, gain hands-on experience across industries, and contribute to measurable client growth.


What You'll Be Doing

📊 Conversion Tracking & Tag Implementation

Independently plan, execute, and troubleshoot conversion tracking setups using Google Tag Manager for a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as Google Analytics 4 implementations. This includes auditing existing setups during onboarding, as well as handling ad hoc tickets and troubleshooting when unexpected tracking issues arise. (50%)


🧠 Internal Collaboration

Work alongside Growth Managers, Developers, and your BI team to communicate and information about tag implementations and analytics opportunities. You’ll use tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Meet to communicate, align priorities, and share updates across departments. (20%)


🤝 Client Support
Partner with Growth Managers to prepare insights, share tag implementation updates, and contribute ideas during client calls. You’ll develop confidence in sharing findings and opportunities. (15%)


📈 Opportunity Identification
Assist in identifying areas where clients can grow conversions or reduce costs with more advanced analytics implementations. Collaborate with your team to propose new ideas that can support client growth. (10%)


🔍 Skill Development
Actively build your analytics and business intelligence expertise through training, mentorship, and experimentation. You’ll gain hands-on experience with analytics tools, scripts, and data warehouse platforms while learning how to think strategically about analytics. (5%)

💵 Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 USD per year (Remote – United States)
