  • Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, checklists, risk logs, and status reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Schedule and facilitate key meetings, diligence sessions, and internal reviews; track and follow up on action items.

  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on deliverables and deadlines during fast-paced deal cycles.

  • Communicate updates to senior stakeholders and escalate blockers where needed to keep programs on track.

Process & Tools

  • Contribute to improving corporate development and M&A playbooks, templates, and project management processes.

  • Help maintain shared tools such as data rooms, diligence trackers, and integration dashboards.

  • Assist with post-close tracking and reporting on integration milestones and KPIs

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the corporate development space.
