Overview
Qnity is seeking a Corporate Strategy, Manager to join its team and help shape the company's long-term growth agenda. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Strategy and will work on high-impact priorities across the semiconductor, advanced packaging, AI infrastructure, and specialty materials industry with direct exposure to senior executives and business leaders. Core activities will span strategic planning, market intelligence, growth initiatives, investment prioritization, and executive decision support. 
The strongest candidates will combine firsthand experience in the electronics or semiconductor value chain and deep understanding of structured strategic problem solving, leveraging both industry perspective and analytical rigor to address complex business challenges.

Location: Taiwan, Singapore, or Shanghai
Core responsibilities
•    Support strategic planning activities across the company, including annual planning cycles, long-range growth initiatives, and priority-setting processes.
•    Drive cross-functional initiatives by partnering with commercial, product management, technology, operations, and finance teams to evaluate and advance strategic priorities.
•    Lead strategic analysis including market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity sizing, business case development, and evaluation of growth initiatives.
•    Assess technology trends and ecosystem developments across electronics, semiconductors, materials, manufacturing, and adjacent industries, translating insights into business recommendations.
•    Develop and leverage market intelligence on customers, competitors, technologies, end markets, and broader industry developments.
•    Deliver executive communications including presentations, white papers, and decision-support materials that synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for leadership.
Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, economics, or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience within the broader electronics ecosystem including semiconductors, electronic materials, PCB fabrication, or related industries.
•    Strategy or consulting experience: 1+ years after MBA or 3+ years without an MBA, preferably within a leading strategy consulting firm.
•    Experience developing strategic recommendations through market analysis, competitive intelligence, business case development, growth strategy, portfolio analysis, or investment evaluation.
•    Experience supporting senior leadership in evaluating complex business decisions, investments, growth opportunities, or strategic priorities.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional-level English, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience leading strategic workstreams or small teams across multiple stakeholders, businesses, functions, or geographies.
•    Demonstrated ability to apply structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis to ambiguous business challenges, then translate insights into actionable recommendations.
•    Experience leveraging advanced analytics to generate business insights from large internal or external datasets (e.g. familiarity with Python, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar)
•    MBA or advanced degree, particularly when combined with technical and strategic experience.
