As a Change Management Lead, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, bringing hands-on transformation experience and technology expertise to deliver solutions that drive lasting adoption and results. You’ll lead the change management workstream on engagements while managing people and helping grow the practice. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with a team that holds itself to a high standard and invites you to contribute beyond client delivery.

 

What You’ll Do:

Lead Delivery

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering change management support across the full Coupa suite (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Asset Management)
  • Lead change management discovery workshops, identify stakeholder impacts, and design appropriate interventions
  • Create and execute change management strategies including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
  • Develop and deliver communications and training materials, including job aids and instructor-led trainings
  • Monitor user readiness and adoption, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
  • Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams to ensure the people side of change is prioritized in delivery
  • Define and track success metrics, providing updates to project leadership and clients

Develop and Mentor the Team

  • Mentor team members through coaching, regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews
  • Actively support project teams in resolving complex issues

Contribute to Practice Growth

  • Engage in internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, recruiting, or methodology development
  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

 

What You’ll Bring:

Experience

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in change management, consulting, or SaaS implementations
  • Proven experience leading change management across multiple full-lifecycle Coupa or enterprise technology implementations
  • Proven success delivering to large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients
  • Track record of mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships

Skills

  • Proficiency in communication planning, stakeholder mapping, and training design
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Ability to influence and manage senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong workshop facilitation and executive-level presentation skills
  • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards

Qualifications

  • Background in professional services, ideally with a focus in Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Coupa certification preferred
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred
  • Willingness to travel when required by clients during critical milestones, approximately 25–50%
