We are seeking an experienced, visionary Creative Director to lead the creative strategy, brand expression, and visual storytelling . As the head of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and evolving our brand across all channels—from digital to print to experiential—ensuring we captivate audiences and differentiate in a competitive market.

You will lead a high-performing team of designers, writers, and multimedia creators to deliver innovative, compelling, and consistent campaigns that reflect the brand’s mission, values, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership

Define and drive the company’s creative vision across all touchpoints (web, advertising, social, experiential, packaging, internal communications, etc.)

Translate strategic marketing objectives into captivating creative strategies and executions

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation across all assets

Team & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, producers, and freelancers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance

Strategic Planning & Execution

Oversee the development of creative concepts for major campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

Ensure creative deliverables meet strategic briefs, timelines, and budget requirements

Guide market research and trend analysis to inspire and inform creative decisions

Performance & Innovation

Implement feedback loops and performance metrics to refine creative strategies continuously

Champion innovation and experimentation while balancing brand integrity and business objectives

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate brand storytelling

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)

10+ years of experience in creative roles, with 5+ years in a leadership or director-level position

Proven track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams in fast-paced environments

Portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand development, campaign creation, and cross-platform design

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional conceptual, visual, and verbal communication skills

Deep understanding of digital, social, and traditional media creative practices

Strong knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)

Business acumen with the ability to align creative strategy with organizational goals


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 54,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 189,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
