Key Responsibilities 

Creative Strategy: Define and drive the overall creative vision, ensuring alignment with brand goals and business objectives. 

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, copywriters, and art directors. 

Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity. 

Campaign Development: Oversee concept development and execution for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. 

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver creative solutions that meet strategic goals. 

Quality Control: Review and approve creative materials to ensure they meet brand standards and deliver the intended impact. 

Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep the brand fresh and relevant. 

Budget Management: Oversee creative project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. 

Client/Stakeholder Engagement: Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners, articulating the rationale behind design decisions. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within an agency or in-house setting. 

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, campaign design, and creative direction. 

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with video production workflows. 

Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary creative teams. 

Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. 

Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and deadlines. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. 

Knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital platforms. 

Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D design, or interactive media. 

Experience collaborating with external agencies and production vendors. 


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 64,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 224,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
